Clients are those with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder, Complex PTSD, Moral Injury, Depression, and Anxiety, and those who work in high-stress environments with exposure to trauma.
Care is tailored to first responders who may feel misunderstood in general mental health settings.
Individuals who desire to receive care and are not able to access the boat due to physical disability will be accommodated, having their appointment and care provided at their choice of location.
Private
Your privacy is my top priority. From the moment you reach out, your identity and personal information are treated with the utmost confidentiality. All sessions are by appointment only, with no signage, no waiting rooms, and no public indication that you are receiving care. Records are kept on paper, securely stored, and never entered into electronic health record systems — keeping your information inaccessible to employers, insurers, or large healthcare networks. Communication is discreet and care is delivered in a private setting designed to protect your anonymity and peace of mind.
Secure
Your safety and security are built into every part of care. Sessions take place in a secure private sailboat within the Port Angeles Marina, accessible only through locked gates and always with a personal escort. There is no public signage, and no one will know why you’re there based on where you park or who you meet. All client records are stored physically in a locked and secure location — never uploaded or shared digitally, minimizing the risk of breaches. This low-tech, high-security approach ensures your personal and clinical information stays protected at every step.
Paper Charts for True Privacy
To protect your personal information, I use paper charts exclusively for documentation. This means your mental health records are not stored in electronic health systems where they could be accessed by large networks, insurance companies, or third parties. This approach ensures that your care remains fully private, fully confidential, and entirely under your control.

Cash Only, to Protect your Privacy
I choose to operate on a cash-only basis to safeguard your confidentiality and give you full control over your care. When involving insurance your diagnosis, treatment details, and even the fact that you’re receiving care can become part of larger databases accessible to employers or insurers. By paying directly, your mental health journey stays private — with no third-party interference, no required approvals, and no outside influence on your treatment plan. Super bills are available if you choose to seek reimbursement on your own terms.
